How do I log in?

1. Are you using an IKEA computer?

If you are already logged-in you will not see a login request as ico-worker.com has a single-sign-on and recognises you. If you are on a shared computer or have logged out, then you will need to enter your network login and password when prompted. The first time you login, you'll be prompted to review and accept the ico-worker.com Terms of Use.

2. Are you coming from outside the IKEA network/from home?
 
• Click on the button or link ‘Login here’.
• If it is your first time logging onto the site, you'll see a sign-in page, where you'll be prompted to review a Terms of Use and Cookies statement following, please enter your IKEA PC login credentials and complete a short captcha. 
• Next, you'll come to a second screen where you'll be prompted to accept the ico-worker Terms of Use and then you can enter the site.

Q. I have forgotten my network password.
A. Reset your network password yourself without calling IT Service Desk by following the below steps: 
 
  - Step 1: To register yourself, visit our instructions page on Shared Extranet and follow the instructions (log in with your IKEA account) 
- Step 2: If you need/want to reset your network password, visit http://passwordreset.ikea.com
 
Q. Can I reset my network password from any computer?
A. You can reset your network password from any computer using the self-serve password reset solution described above.
 
Q. Can I change my network password from a personal computer?
A. If you know your  network password but want to change it, you can only do it from an IKEA computer.
 
Q. I have locked myself out of my account.
A. Wait 30 minutes or call IT Service Desk.
 
Q. I have forgotten my user name
A. Call IT Service Desk.

Q. How do I logout?

A. If you are using Windows, close all of your browsers and click ALT CTRL DEL and then select “Log out” this will end your Windows session and you will be logged out.
