Are you coming from an IKEA computer?
If you are already loggedin you will not see any login requested as ico-worker.com has single-sign-on and recognizes you. If you are on a shared computer or have logged out, then you will need to enter your network login and password when prompted. The first time you login, you'll be prompted to review and accept the ico-worker.com Terms of Use. 
 
Are you coming from outside the IKEA network/from home? 
1) Click on the link to an ico-worker site and come to the login info page, click "Login".
2) If it is your first time Logging on the site, you'll see a sign-in page, where you'll be prompted to
review a Terms of Use and Cookies statement (this is for accessing the IKEA network externally) and complete a short captiva puzzle.  
Next, you'll come to a second screen where you'll be prompted to accept the ico-worker Terms of Use and then you can e
nter the site.

Q: Can I reset my password from any computer?(我可以在任何电脑上重置密码吗?)
A: You can reset your password from any computer using the self-serve password reset solution according to above.(是的。根据上面的步骤你可以在任何电脑包括个人手机,平板上重置密码)
 
Q: Can I change my password from a personal computer?(我知道密码只是想更改,可以在我的个人电脑上做吗?)
A: If you know your password but want to change it, you can only do it from an IKEA computer.(不行。如果只是想更改密码,登录一台宜家电脑,选择更改密码)
 
Q: I have locked myself out of my account(我的密码锁定了怎么办?)
A: Wait 30 minutes or call IT Service Desk(等待30分钟后再试或者联系IT Service Desk

Q: How do I log out?(如何注销?)
A: If you are using Windows, close all of your browsers and click ALT CTRL DEL and then select “Log out”. This will end your Windows session and you will be logged out.如果你在使用Windows,关闭所有打开的浏览器窗口,按下ALT CTRL DEL,再选择注销。)
